The 24th of September, the students of 4th DBH went to Lanciego to learn about the wine making process. First, we all went to Labastida, where we saw an ancient winery carved in the rocks. Then, once in Lanciego, we visited an olive-oil press and a vineyard, where we learnt how wine is made and we tried some tasty grape juice.
It was a great day! Very interesting explanations which helped understand the complex process of wine making.
